Chris Brooks is an Education Policy PhD candidate at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. He applies his expertise in quantitative methodology and critical and theoretical perspectives to measure the efficacy of education and social policy for eliminating inequitable educational opportunities. These include promoting equitable access to effective teaching, distributing educational resources to promote educational justice, and addressing the impacts of environmental and health injustice on student learning.
