Chris Brooks is an Education Systems and Policy Researcher at the American Institutes for Research. He applies his expertise in quantitative methodology and critical and theoretical perspectives to measure the efficacy of education and social policy for eliminating inequitable educational opportunities. These include assessing the adequacy of educational funding, promoting equitable access to effective teaching, distributing educational resources to promote educational justice, and addressing the impacts of environmental and health injustice on student learning.
